At 360 Fitness Superstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your workout equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your fitness goals, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble and pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated 360 Fitness distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
